YRFV Leadership
The Federation is governed by a statewide Executive Board, elected to two-year terms at YRFV’s biennial convention held in odd-numbered years. The Executive Board provides strategic direction, oversight, and coordination for the Federation and its clubs.
Executive Board membership consists of the statewide executive officers, 11 congressional district representatives, and chairman emeritus. Club Chairmen serve as ex officio, non-voting members.
